Uni-Pac Quality Control

Uni-Pac conducts a sophisticated quality control system to assure the quality from receipt of materials, pre-production and production arrangement to delivery.

Dedicated Quality Control Team

• Quality Manager (independent from Production) who is responsible for the final approval and monitor the whole system
• Onsite Quality Officers who are responsible for the inspection for the whole system
• Onsite Quality Supervisors who are responsible for inspection of the production line
• This Quality Control System will also be conducted for pre-production check and mass production to ensure compliance.

Material Received

• Our quality officer will check against our material master to the material received
• The officer will sign the “Confirm” slip and submit to the quality manager to counter sign

Production

• Check per production line by Quality Supervisors
• Counter Check by Quality Officer
• Only products signed by both quality supervisor and officer as qualified to be packed
• Any Items that do not meet approval by Inspection Officer are returned to factory.

Qualified Items

• Packed into Cartons
• SGS will randomly check 5% of total production quantity.
• The goods can be shipped only if SGS has signed the inspection form as “OK” and issue a approval certificate

Destruction of faulty items

• The quality officer will in charge of the destroy process to make sure all disqualified items are totally destroyed

Pre-production check (for long term project)

• We will have our factory to arrange a pre-production for 300pcs per item.  Our Quality assurance will check the pre-production to specifications and the final sample to assure all aspects are up to the standard.  This process will be repeated if necessary until the pre-production is qualified.

Mass Production

• During mass production, our quality assurance will keep checking of every production process and conduct random check to assure all to specifications and requirements.  If there is anything goes wrong, we can adjust immediately to eliminate defects and meet the delivery schedule.
